How To Measure Cable Length And Length Tolerances
Cable measurements are taken differently based on the connector type:
Male Connector:  Measure Tip To Tip
Female Connector:  Measure Pin To Pin
Connector Goes Through Panel:  Measure Where It Mounts To Panel
