ATM manufactures Bidirectional DC Blocks in Inner, Outer and Inner/Outer configurations. The Inner Block blocks DC on the center conductor while an Outer Block blocks DC on the outer conductor.  An Inner/Outer Block blocks DC on both conductors.  SMA, Type N and 2.9mm connectors available.
